When: Set up for Christmas in New Mexico is Thursday, November 20, 12:00 noon – 7:00 p.m. In the Manuel Lujan Building which is No. 7 on the map of the grounds.

No exceptions on set up time will be made. All exhibitors must check in by 5:00 p.m. on set-up day . Any exhibitors that have not checked in by 5:00 p.m., may lose their space to another exhibitor.

ARRIVAL:When you arrive, please check-in before you begin to set up. You will receive your Starter Packet containing your space assignment, parking pass, name tags, etc.  Check-in for the Spring Show in April will be located at the main entrance of the Creative Arts Building.  Check-in for the Christmas in New Mexico Show in November will be located in Exhibit Hall A near the southwest entrance of the Manuel Lujan building.

MAP : On the flip side of this page (or following page) is a map of the Expo New Mexico grounds for directions. Enter the fairgrounds via the San Pedro Gates 3 or 4.

PARKING PASSES: One Parking Pass is included in your entry fee. If you need additional Parking Passes, you may purchase them on set-up day only. The cost is $6 each. Parking Passes must be presented at the fairgrounds gate whenever entering the grounds during the show.

SHOW OPENS: All exhibitors must be completely set up and ready for business by 10:00 a.m. when the doors open to the public. You will be allowed to get into the building before the show opens in morning by 7:00 a.m.

SHOW CLOSES: Exhibitors are not permitted to start packing up or taking down their displays until the show closes on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Violators of this policy will not be invited back for future shows.

REMINDER: With the exception of a confirmation e-mail or postcard, you will NOT receive further written information regarding this show. Please retain all registration information you have received for future reference or go to the web site at www.ZiaArtsAndCrafts.com. Electrical Orders for the November show are to be placed with Disco Display House, Inc. and mailed to them separately (see Order Form enclosed).
